Tanya Brown, also known as TB the Real Realtor, is a dedicated and compassionate licensed Realtor in Maryland. With a strong foundation in social work (LBSW) and an impressive track record in sales, marketing, and customer service, Tanya combines her expertise in real estate with a deep commitment to supporting individuals during some of the most significant transitions of their lives.

As the founder of The H.U.B Network, Tanya works to create a strong community of individuals and organizations dedicated to empowering others through education, service, and advocacy. She is also the founder of Daddy's Girl Lifestyle, a platform that uplifts and inspires woman to live with purpose and intentionality.

 

Tanya’s journey into real estate began with a personal experience that highlighted the importance of having an advocate during major life decisions. After being misled in her own home-buying process, she became passionate about ensuring that her clients are equipped with the knowledge and guidance needed to make confident, informed decisions. With a focus on service, integrity, and education, Tanya views her role as a Realtor not just as a transaction, but as an opportunity to build lasting relationships and provide exceptional support. Tanya says: “I believe choosing the right Realtor is just as important as selecting the right doctor, attorney, or therapist,”  “It's about trust, understanding, and meeting clients where they are.”

The Vision Behind The H.U.B. Network

The idea for The H.U.B Network was born from Tanya firsthand experience in the real estate industry. As a professional, she noticed a significant gap: while competition was high, communication and collaboration were minimal. This made it challenging for people to work together to meet shared goals or address common challenges. Tanya recognized that there was a strong need for a space where individuals in the real estate industry—whether Realtors, investors, lenders, inspectors, or other professionals—could come together, collaborate, and empower each other to succeed.

 

With a deep belief that unity strengthens the community, Tanya set out to create The H.U.B Network—a platform designed to hone unified businesses by fostering communication, collaboration, and community among professionals in the real estate field. The name H.U.B stands for Honing Unified Businesses, reflecting the core mission of helping individuals and businesses come together, share resources, and elevate one another.

Through The H.U.B Network, Tanya aims to create a space where real estate professionals—Realtors, investors, brokers, inspectors, lenders, asset managers, stage directors, and more—can collaborate, be educated, and hone their businesses.
